- Is the website really included?
- Yes. Every agency gets a full website — a job board, sector pages, and search-friendly setup — at no extra cost. It's part of the system, not an add-on.
- What counts as a user?
- A user is a member of your team with a login. The base plan includes 3 users, and each extra user is £50 a month. Candidates and clients use their own portals and are never charged as users.
- Are there setup or migration fees?
- No hidden setup or migration fees. Moving over from your current system is part of getting you started — we'll talk it through on a demo.
- Will the price jump at renewal?
- No. The price is the price, and we'll always tell you before anything changes. No surprise increases hidden in the small print.
- Can I change my number of users?
- Yes — add or remove users as your team changes. You only pay for the extra users you actually have.
